This is the worst business Ive ever experienced dealing with getting my car fixed. They have had my car since June 16 2023. The original return date was 7/14. It went to 7/21 to 7/28. At NO point did anybody feel it was acceptable to call and communicate that. When I talked to someone their excuse was the parts wasnt in then it went to they didnt have enough staff. All while thats not my problem it was never communicated. Here comes 7/28 still NO COMMUNICATION! I call they say theyll call back. They then proceed to text saying the car wont be done until the end of next week! Still no call back, I called the office 6 times and cant even get a answer. Very unprofessional! I dont know who is in charge but I need to speak with someone this is unacceptable! 0/10 I do not recommend almost 2 months with just front damage is unacceptable Service: Body & Trim

Poor customer service, exorbitant prices, looking to gouge customer even for extremely minor repair
