Springhouse A ProMedica Senior Living Community

Hello Ms. Sandra and Nurses, Just want to thank you again for making myself and mother (Anita Rybczynski) feel safe and comfortable at Springhouse. The garden club will be most enjoyable for her. Her art display will also give her a chance to share her hard work and hear the praises about her artwork. My mother has many things at Springhouse which I cannot offer her at home with me: walking/exercise indoor and outdoor gardens, socialization with people (smiling faces), activities of all kinds, laundry and cleaning assistance, and mostly nurses/staff available round the clock. My experience with Springhouse over the past several years has been truly a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and willing to help when needed, my mother has grown to trust and believe in the staff. I feel confident that when I leave my mother she is in good hands with a trusted and competent staff. There has never been a time when I have bought our family concerns to caregivers, nursing staff, and management that things weren't ironed out immediately. I would definitely give Springhouse 5 stars.

Highly wouldnt recommend, not a place for the elderly whatsoever. If you dont care about your family members this is the right place for them to lay their head. and also wouldnt highly recommend anyone to work here as well. HORRIBLE PLACE. get your family members out there immediately.

My parents have been at this location since August 2022. They moved in quickly after a stay in a rehab facility. The apartment fit their needs well, especially having to move in suddenly. Welcomed into their new home with a dozen roses for my mom, music playing and welcoming smiles by employees and residents. Seen some changes .Seen employees come and go. Have some wonderful staff on board:: Catherine & Lima in Care Giving are very good with taking care of my moms personal needs! Kia & Angela in Med Tech are excellent! Terry, Danielle, Nova, Mike and Azna are wonderful nurses! Cleaning staff are awesome! Louis & Juliette at the front desk are great! But there are 3 people that I cant say enough wonderful things about! IVY in care giving. Took amazing care of my moms personal needs. Made sure if mom has a need that needs medical attention, shes on top of getting the nurse. The first time I met AJ, head of nursing, she jumped right in and knew what to do for both of my parents. She knows her stuff!! She cares. Shes confident. And KATRINA, nurse. Goes above and beyond every time caring for both of my parents needs. Compassionate. Eager to learn and be the best she can be!
