Not too happy about what happened here. I had an appointment scheduled in advance and then less than 24 hours before my appointment they called and canceled it (remember we as a patient are expected to give more than a 24 hour notice if we need to cancel and if we dont we get charged). I tired to call them back within 5 minutes of the voice mail they left and their number seems to be disconnected. So I couldnt even get any answers on whats going on. Im very upset about this. Maybe they dont realize it but people still do work. I had to jump through a bunch of hoops at work to get approved for time off and make sure there were people to cover me. When they canceled they didnt just inconvenience me they inconvenience my coworkers too. For this stunt they lost a Patient. I already found a new dentist that will answer their phone and has better hours to accommodate the working man.

Dr. Sachs always takes care of any issue i have with my Teeth! Ive been going here for many years, and there is no substitute for Experience! I highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a great Dentist!!

This was my first dentist experience. Im 37 years old and have never been to a dentist in my life. I came here and was treated incredibly. Dr. Sachs has great bedside manner and helped to ease my anxiety. The staff is great. I did end up needing 3 fillings but it was done quick and easily with no pain. Setting up appts has been easy. The hygienist is very sweet. All in all, a great experience.

If I could give him zero stars I would. This man should not preform dentistry. Me and another family member have had to have teeth pulled because of root canals and crowns that he has put on. With my tooth, my molar second from the back, my crown: did not match my teeth pattern, was way too high when he put it on and he gaslit me into thinking that it would blend in over time (it didnt. I had a tooth too high for a year which cause constant pain and infection), wasnt secured or placed properly and had gaps under it where food and floss would get caught, made my tooth compound into my jaw bone. The actual tooth was not prepped properly in any way shape form. It had: multiple root stoppers in it, underprepared roots, constant pain and infection. When I had to go get my tooth treated, it took them two sessions to get my tooth prepped and undo all the mess that he had caused. Even then they wanted to do a third treatment but I was frustrated and just had to have it pulled. When it was pulled it was just absolutely impossible to do because it was compacted into my jaw bone. My mother had a similar experience when she had to have her teeth retreated by another dentist. Except with her, her new dentist found that there was a tip of the metal shaver (the tool they used to basically file the root and make room for the nerve blockers). It had broken off and caused so much infection that her jaw had some bone loss because of it. Some of the dental hygienists are so sweet and nice and dont deserve to work under him. SAVE YOUR TEETH. DONT GO HERE.
