    Chuck was a fantastic service advisor from start to finish. I also gotta give a big thank you to Sam in the sales department - it's great that he's back at Antwerpen! They were both so patient with me, and helped me out so much; I felt valued and cared for, and they both were very understanding of my situation and worked with me to find the best and most cost-effective solution. And thank you to the tech who got my new tires mounted and balanced super fast once they arrived. All around great service!

    I will not take my car here again. I took my 2012 GTI in for the winterization special. When this dealership rotates tires, it does not include tire balancing (which is another $120 charge). Also, if you have a check engine light on, that's going to cost extra on top of whatever service you're already having done because reading the check engine code comes with a diagnostic fee. Pricing aside, the attention to detail from this service department is non existent. I dropped my car off early, about 2 hours before my appointment and then they call me to pick up 15 minutes before they close, 6 hours after I dropped off. All I was having done was an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. Oh and by the way, they're closed on Sunday so you can't pick your car up on Sunday, meaning I had to rush to the dealership to pay and pick up my car before the cashier went home. The car was supposed to get a complimentary wash. When I was called to pick up my car, I made sure to ask if the car had been washed and was reassured that it had been...it had not been washed but at least I know they opened my hood because the fingerprints were still there. Also, when they took off the old service sticker, they left all of the sticky residue and pieces of the old sticker on my windshield and put the new sticker on top, smearing the whole top section of my windshield. So now more work for me to do when I got home to take off all of the old residue. For my tire rotation, I was told that 2 of my tires were badly cupped and "the car shakes badly". This of course was concerning to me because 2 of my tires were 5 months old and the other pair were 2 years old and I am always on top of my tire rotation. I was informed that they had rotated the tires back to how they were when I brought the car in and that they would get me a price quote for a new 4 set of tires ($1300, which was outrageous). I had them rotate my tires again and when I picked the car up, it didn't shake badly or have loud road noise so I dont know what the service team was feeling when "the car shakes badly". Also why would i replace 2 tires with a tread of 10/32? This indicates to me that they are really just concerned with scaring people into buying a new, unneeded set of tires. All in all, I will not be going back to this dealership. I had something simple done and had too many issues to even consider going back. I would recommend a smaller local shop over them any day. Take your money elsewhere.

    I had a great experience when dropping off my vehicle for a diagnostic. The service advisors, Wendi and Emily, were so kind. Wendi thoroughly noted all of my concerns and specifically stated the noise I was hearing from the front of my vehicle. When I asked about driving with a technician to duplicate the noise I was hearing, she had me in the car with the technician, Matt, within 5 minutes. When riding with Matt, we were able to duplicate the noise. He was really attentive and listened to what I believed may be causing the noise. He was very personable so, it wasnt an awkward drive at all and he was also really determined to duplicate the noise. He made sure we drove the car as soon as possible so I didnt have to waste time coming down there again which meant a lot. He let me know that the repair could take a while which was helpful and allowed me to properly plan a rental car. The dealership didnt have any loaners due to everyone else needing repairs which is completely understandable. Ive had experience at another dealership where the issue was minimized and I didnt believe the part they told me my car needed was correct because had it been, I wouldnt have been allowed to drive the vehicle home. All in all, this is the first dealership Ive been to where everyone in service was extremely kind, attentive, and willing to help me as much as possible. They educated me on VWs procedures as Id been given the wrong information elsewhere, such as getting another oil consumption test. Im expecting a call back by this evening or tomorrow morning and I feel very confident that Im finally in good hands! So thank you Matt, Wendi, Emily, and all of the other techs I got to speak with in passing.
