Welgard

We have had WelGard Protection since 2019; the best decision we've ever made! We definitely are now recommending WelGard to our friends and neighbors( they never heard about a warranty for a well) Since we got our new well without paying anything. All the cost of drilling, plumbing, permit, and after test, everything was cover by WelGard. It started one weekend we were left without water, we called WelGard and Mr. Baker immediately took care of us and sent a crew to our house. They found that our well produced less than a gallon a minute, meaning we need a new well as soon as possible especially since we have three teenage girls. He set up a portable water tank that connected directly to our house, while he worked on getting our permit. A few days later, they came back and drilled 325 feet, they following day they working on the plumbing and we had a new water pressure tank within 3 hours. We cannot be more thankful for the benefits of WelGard, they cares for our family, every member of his crew was totally professional, they explained the whole process in great detail. We want to Thank WelGard, for taking care of us from the beginning to the end and definitely WelGard is a company that we can whole heartedly recommend, We will continue with WelGard Protection for many years more.

WelGard is an excellent company that consistently serves their customers with an outstanding level of support! We have had the pleasure of working with WelGard and their customer base several times and have had only the most pleasant experiences on both sides, which is rare with most warranty/insurance/protection policies. We have worked with vendors from home warranties to home owners insurances and have seen a wide range of customer support over the years, that honestly leaves us plumbers (middle men/women) in a really tough spot when things dont go well for the home owners. We have never experienced a negative situation while servicing a WelGard customers work orders, as they go above and beyond for all of their customers whenever possible. This is rare these days, sadly, so we tend to steer clear of partnering with warranties or insurance plan providers, but WelGard is the only company we fully stand behind and will gladly serve anytime they should need us again! We always encourage all of our customers with a well water system to sign up with WelGard ASAP!

Lost all water on a saturday night and the Welgard staff worked with the local contractors in my area to get my well fixed and running in less than 48 hours with no out of pocket cost. Al Baker was extremely helpful and answered every time I called. He even followed up to make sure the job was done. Highly recommend!
