Rolfing by Dawn St. Clair

Dawn is an amazing Rolfer. I have two heel spurs in each foot and it makes walking very painful. After receiving Rolfing sessions by Dawn I can walk with ease, hardly any pain. I highly recommend Dawn to anyone who is in pain or discomfort. You will notice a huge difference after your first session but I definitely recommend ongoing sessions for ongoing self care.

Dawn has a very gentle approach to Rolfing which reminds me of a Japanese technique which kindly invites the body to regain its natural alignment. Dawn even makes house calls, which none of the other local Rolfers consider. This has been very important for me in my life. I've been receiving Rolfing from Dawn for about a year now and have regained my previous range of motion after a number of events left me practically bedridden. Additionally, Dawn's angelic presence is very healing. She a rare treasure in Baltimore.

After my first session with Dawn, my plantar fasciitis and my back pain (from an injury) subsided, and and I felt overall better. After three sessions with Dawn, my plantar fasciitis is gone, my back no longer hurts, I stand taller and I walk better. As I walk my dogs 2 to 5 miles a day, it has made a huge difference in my life. Thank you, Dawn for relieving my pain and allowing me to move more freely. - Kathleen L.
