It seems like every month the service here declines more and more. This isn’t your typical Chick Fil A. The drive through is beyond slow, so bad to the point that it stretches out into the parking lot of other stores and even in the roadway sometimes causing traffic jams. Inside is even worse. You could put in an order ahead of time, get there and it still wouldn’t be ready when you get there. This is supposed to be fast food but I’m waiting upwards of 20 minutes just for an order as simple as fries and a sandwich. There have been many times where I had to flag down workers just to get my order and even when I did do that, I still waited an extra 10 minutes just to get my order. I see many door dashers, uber eats, grub hub drivers and more sit at the mobile ordering station for more than 15 minutes when the orders are pretty much supposed to be ready when they get there. A lot of the workers do not care about the job. They’re slow and at times very rude. Some of them will even look at you or walk past your order multiple times and talk to someone else or stand around and do nothing. Management really needs to step up and get this particular restaurant in line. I don’t see this type of service anywhere else in Maryland.
