I have used C & S Services in 2021 & 2022 to strip/wax/buff the VCT floor tiles in the 15,000 sq. ft. healthcare facility that I oversee. In both instances there was a tight window of opportunity to get the job done. They methodically worked their way through the building and none of our services weren't interrupted at all.
