        Called this advance auto and asked if they could check an alternator, they said yes. When I got there with alternator in hand they couldn't check it off the vehicle, machine was down. They could have checked it on the vehicle though. They had a newly rebuilt one for my 1990 gmc, I installed it and all was well.
