Of I could give less I would. Live in the top floor. There are squatters in the attic, they come and go in my home as they please. Also my 3 Children and I got locked out. We called emergency maintenance and were told to call a lock smith. Over pay year we have made many police reports and informed management that these squatters were stalking from us. They not only tried to even look into the problem but also refused to service the doors to the shattered attic space. Other residents have also complained but they do nothing. DO NOT MOVE HERE

If you like mice as your pets, you can get them for free at this dumpster of an apartment. ive had problems here since i moved in. Youll be waiting weeks, possibly months, to get BASIC maintenance done. Ive had a broken door handle that wasnt fixed properly, so I had to fix it myself. Ive had my groceries spoil MULTIPLE times due to a broken refrigerator. Maintenance came and told me that I PrObAbLy LeFt ThE rEfRiGeRaToR oPeN 3 times???? i must look stupid. It wasnt until the THIRD time that they finally ordered a new fridge for the apartment. I dont even want to get into the fact that it took them over a year to replace the heating unit. I overpaid HUNDREDS of dollars a month (more than $200 each bill) to BGE because of it being semi-broken since i moved in. Ive spent the winters without heat for multiple days at a time. THATS NOT OKAY!!! whats also not okay is the water damage. Its so bad that those damaged areas are brown and cracked and put a HOLE IN MY CEILING AND WATER STARTED LEAKING THROUGH. The apartments arent livable or even good for your health bro. Theyre in horrible condition, theres no insulation what so ever. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE, YOU WILL BE MISERABLE!!! oh, and theyve done absolutely nothing about their little mouse infestation. and these are just the main and VERY consistent issues ive had, i could go on.
