Md line bank aint what it used to be. 1:40 on a Friday the line is out the door. 1 woman Running the counter, who is very condescending and one woman running the drive-through. Bring back the OGs Susan & Judy!

Worst customer service ever. Tellers are slow and just not happy to be there. This used to be a nice place but the staff change was awful. The one younger teller is ok, when its just the old ladies youre in trouble.

This branch is in significant decline and doesn't seem to care about customer service anymore! TWICE in the past few months, we attempted to obtain cash and were told that the bank couldn't provide any cash! Over the past few months, it appears that this branch has removed tellers that were long standing friendly faces and truly cared about the customer. This is most likely part of PNC's strategy to close brick and mortar branches. Moving my funds to another bank

Had a meeting this afternoon (PNC Maryland Line branch) with the branch manager. Very displeased with the meeting and ended up walking out. To begin with the branch manager never introduced herself, never asked my name or welcomed me to the branch, then proceeded to tell me just how busy she was before inquiring why I was there Once I was able to sit down and explain why I was there she almost immediately told me she couldnt work with my request. I understood and accepted her explanation and then I tried to ask several questions to see what could be done. Instead of looking for a solution and a way to accommodate the client she continued to tell me what she couldnt do. I figured it didnt make sense to continue with what she couldnt do so I left. Great customer service- cant wait to go back

Definitely going downhill. I've been a customer and have been banking with PNC since the Sparks bank days. Disappointed with how much things have changed They do not care for the costumer any longer. Safety deposit boxes are unable to be unlocked and opened (had to call a locksmith in!) New cards are randomly declined without alerts. Major transactions happened without consent and identity theft and false checks written and withdrawn without anyone reaching out or taking blame for the issues. Employees are uneducated about protocol and every branch is understaffed! Sickening. If you're young and looking for a bank to invest your life with, I'd choose a different one. Sad to say!
