Terrible & very traumatic experience with this company as I have lost so much as a result of hiring this company. It has been over a year since I hired Steve (the owner) to do work from a flood I had that I got the insurance company involved. He is also a licensed public adjuster and I thought having a contractor as a public adjuster would save me time and the pain of having to work with the insurance company. He sounded very knowledgeable and friendly. It turned out to be the worst decision ever since I gave him the legal right to work on my behalf all the insurance money went to him and now I'm stuck with materials at my house but work that has not been completed. No matter how many times I call he doesn't answer. He will send random emails acting like he wants to do the work and that he cares but when I respond those emails, i don't get a response back. My insurance adjuster had also requested multiple times a simple estimate for level the floors to approve but Steve never gave her one from the flooring company nor have I been given an estimate. He will say a lot of things and go around the bush but not produce the simple request being asked of him. Since Steve is refusing to provide the insurance company with what they need to approve things, he is putting it back on me saying he can do the work but it may not be right and wants me to sign a waiver before doing the work. All while he still has my money. Also I have asked multiple times for estimates and he has not provided me with one either. At the least he could have provided me with an estimate and I could have financed the rest for the job to be done right. Why would I want someone to do sloppy work? I have a triplex that now hasn't been able to be rented for over a year due to the work not being done nor being able to contract someone else out because Steve has those funds.
