        I have reason to believe staff at this store #6075 have stolen a package I shipped out. I bought and paid for supplies and shipping in store..and mysteriously no shipping updates for an entire week. 2nd week and still nothing. Staff was completely rude over the phone and obviously dont *completely* understand what shipping updates meanI was dismissed and told this package was on its way despite no shipping updates for over a week. I have opened a claim and reported them to UPS but my warning:: I recommend avoiding this place altogether but if you MUST ship out from here do not bring your valuables uncovered or unwrapped and use tamper tape.

        Look, it's a UPS store. You drop off and pick up packages. Here's what you should know. This is in the heart of National Harbor. There are limited places to park on the street. Plan to park in the parking garage. It's right in the next block.

        Elijah took great care of me today as I was rushing to send off a few giant care parcels to my college kids before catching a flight. He was helpful, patient, and efficient! Free USPS Priority boxes. Great value. Thanks Elijah and I believe the manager was there, too, today, and she was lovely! Great shop.

      Latest Update: Your parcel was mishandled by the US Postal Service, and has in fact, been delivered. We appreciate your concern...Your parcel was not stolen. It was picked up by an authorized US Post Office Carrier on March 6, 2024. You elected to ship your parcel via the US Postal Service. It was an international shipment and would ordinarily be trackable via the USPS.COM website. The US Postal Service is less than stellar about scanning First Class mail at the pick-up point and at other points in their logistics system. With an estimated delivery date of 3/12/2024, subject to custom's delays in the destination country, it's possible your parcel could be delivered shortly. The USPS does not allow us to intervene for their customers. You will need to contact the USPS, directly, at 1-800-275-8777. The following is a notice directly from the USPS: If seven (7) or more days have passed since the date of mailing and the recipient has confirmed the item has not arrived, you may either submit a search request for your lost mailpiece and/or email us. The USPS phone number is 1-800-275-8777. Let us know if we can assist in any other way.UPDATE: The US Postal Service has acknowledged mis-handling your parcel, and has further confirmed that it is now enroute to its final destination, as of March 14,2024.
