        I do not suggest that any one use this storage company. They are using predatory practices that after one month they charge you for four months worth in fees. Then start a process to keep your belongings. The company is under new management or owned by someone new and they implemented these changes without having customers sign or agree . Also you can not reach any management. They have one person who deals with every thing who is very rude ,disrespectful , and aggressive. Today after paying my bill then asking to speak with a manager over my bill, fees , also the code to my storage I was told to leave or the police would be called and I was trespassing because i did not want to sign the receipt which I did not agree with paying. After paying my bill I was denied access to my unit . The woman called her manager who I asked to speak with then lied in and did not tell her the full situation. The woman refused to give me the code .Denied me access to my unit and the police had to be called to file a report of the incident for my safety and future presence on the property. Also I have this on camera

        The customer service here is terrible. Take your money someplace else. Felicia is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have waited over two months for a $360 refund.

        This place is wonderful, I love the staff an the cleanness of the storage. If I can change one thing it will be the price, it's just a little pricey to me but overall it's ok.
