        Very unprofessional service here! 2 ladies who work there are rude have bad attitudes attending coustomers and not willing to help your need? because they are lazy! I got business cards printed here but the supervisor didn't want to help me change my logo not to mention the printing center missed spelled my info on my cards twice! My mom came here to get some envelopes printed and the 2 ladies ignored my mom and she was waiting there an hour until a young latino guy came and helped her he was very professional and attentive and very helpful

        TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE at the printing department. NOBODY picks up the phone when you call customer service, and the women that work behind the counter have unprofessional and rude, stank attitudes everytime I have to come in and get something done for my business. Especially the RAGGEDY supervior. Go elsewhere. Not worth the stress

        Im not sure why management can't get it together here!! This is my neighborhood Staples and I would like to not have to inconvenience myself EACH TIME by having to find another location because the management is not competent enough to regulate the customer flow/traffic and HAVE WORKING MACHINES.I should not have to waste time trying to fix or force your machines to work (per baldhead manager) "Keep pressing the button, it will eventually work". The workers in the print side of the location look overworked and stressed with little to no help from the other superstore side. The print side should be fully staffed (at LEAST 4 people) to handle the demand of customers!

        Placed an order for a poster picture and instead given a picture. I asked the sales person what did I order and she stated poster picture. I asked then why was I given a big picture printout. Supervisor says, "well it's like a poster... No one cared that the order was wrong nor had the customer service skills to make it right. I wastoldto get what I initially asked for would be a 40min wait.
