    Do not move here. I was a resident in 2005-07. I was a great tenant, no issues, barely home because I worked full-time and went to school, rent was always paid on time with no issues. However they had a major sewage backup that took place in my building out of the blue. Literally sewage coming up out the ground and flooded the hallways into my apartment along with mice and I was on the basement floor. The health department tagged my unit and stated I had to move immediately. I had literally a weekend to move my items out. At the time, they had no available units to move me to aside from a 3 bedroom and I was a single woman. They were not going to keep the same price and I had to sign another lease. It was crazy. So they gave me the option to move in 2 days. I moved my items and my place looked completely move in ready because I was never there. I dont believe that I ever cooked on the stove. When I called for my deposit to be returned, I was given the runaround. Years after and they never returned my security deposit so I sued them. They had no explanation as to why they never sent it. They asked for my current address in open court and still never gave me my money. The Judge even penalized them for not sending it and gave me 3 times the amount for my security deposit, and money for moving expenses. It was only $2000. Ive sent demand letters and in 2024, they still didnt return my money. I have a judgement AND lien on the property. If they can refuse to pay a debt they owe this long, they can care less about their tenants. Im sure they have never returned anyones money. Stay clear away!

    Maintenance unresponsive. Can't get a hold of anyone just goes to voicemail. It's clear they take vacations and not tell anyone. Something that only happens in "our areas". Unprofessional. Even calling the maintenance line went from No Supervisors are available to, the mailbox is full. It's clear people are calling about issues. As for living I never had issues with rodents. However the apartments are poorly insulated so you can hear your neighbors above and beside you easily. Outside of that the apartments are great.
