I have had a great experience the management here at The Oxford Apartments. Dandra is phenomenal! She provides great service along with the rest of the staff. Whenever theres an issue in my unit, she stays on top of the problem to ensure the issue is resolved in a timely manner.

I cannot recommend this Apartment Complex enough. I am so grateful for the management and leasing office Melody, D'Andra and everyone else who works there including the maintenance team Owen and Rick for treating me like a person and having a positive relationship with me throughout the time I've been here. Any time I've run into any issues, they have all been there. The online platform to schedule maintenance is easy and always same day. They're pet-friendly, the units are nice, and it's a great location in the DMV near everything. I'm grateful for everyone there, and they have an amazing staff. It's been an amazing experience being here.

I've lived at this property for approximately 2 yrs. During my stay, I've built a love/hate relationship for The Oxford. Lets start with the rental office staff. My experience with them was professional and attentive to my needs. Secondly, when it comes to the property itself you have to see the growing migrant community that likes to hangout near the Home Depot. There's also a construction site right outside of the property, which is an eye sore. We were told that a Dunkin Donuts was going to be there. But, the construction company decided to pack up and leave. My vehicle was broken into. The security gate always fails. You cant open your windows . And, lastly the building doesn't have security

As a first review, my leasing experience has been nothing less than professional. The Oxford Leasing Staff have provided a warm, friendly and welcoming experience through this leasing process. They respond promptly to phone calls and messages, ensure they are answering your questions timely, and keep their word in their follow-up. Even in an instance of having a concern, it was quickly met with a we understand and will have a resolution for you as soon as possible. The property was clean, and upon arrival I was very impressed with the security measures of building access as I waited to be buzzed through the main door. This is demonstrating to me the type of experience and professionalism I can expect as a future resident. Today is January 2, 2024 and the 3rd will only make two months of living here. It has been an experience from the time I moved in, but TODAY, has left a terrible taste in my mouth especially being from New Orleans. I had a procedure completed today due to having inflammation in my sacroiliac joints where I had to receive epidural injections in both of my hips. While waiting for my ride to the procedure, I noticed my vehicle was gone. I went to the office to inquire and was informed my car was towed due to my handicap placard being expired. THE PLACARD EXPIRED ON SUNDAY, 12/31/23. I mentioned that I am waiting to receive my new one in the mail and it is ONLY the second day into the new year and my car was towed because of that. I have tried my best to not allow the negative comments said to deter me, but from this personal experience I have to say all that has been negatively said is the spot on TRUTH.
