I have never hired anyone who has impressed me more than Santos Machado. He did a great job delivering, prepping the area, planting 9 large trees and fencing them in. He went above and beyond to please me. Santos stayed in communication every step of the way. He does meticulous work and is very careful to protect my property. I would recommend him to everyone. Prior to hiring Mr Machado, my grass was not thriving. I reached out to four other companies, paid large amount of money, and still, no success. I searched the Internet and came across Machado's company. I called the contact number and left a message. He responded promptly , set up an appointment and followed through. On the day of our meeting, Mr Machado listened attentively to my landscaping needs in the front and back of my property. Mr Machado demonstrated professionalism,excellent customer service and a strong skill set. After a thorough analysis of the grass, he sketched a plan and explained his strategies and techniques for growing healthy grass and a beautiful Landscape in a short period of time. We also discussed the maintaining the property to the best condition possible. Mr. Machado explained the fees and itemized the cost of the work needed. I felt that he was honest and trustworthy. On the fist day of landscaping work, the team showed up on time, dressed in proper uniforms and wearing a company ID. They were very polite and respectful. As they carried out their job assignments, the team demonstrated excellent customer service and attention to detail. Mr. Machado supervised the team to insure that they were following the plan he had designed for positive outcomes. I was very satisfied with the team work performance on my front and back yards. Today, my grass is healthy, thriving, and I have a beautiful landscape during the spring and summer months After 4 years, I continue to receive Landscaping services by Machado Landscaping and Trees as needed!
