        I worked with a representative over the phone and online. I digitally signed my return, and after a month my return had not been filed. My "tax pro" told me to call, customer support, and they are just as clueless and incompetent. This is a disaster.

        We were assisted by Muhammad Ramzan. I find him incompetent as a Tax Pro. He is not that accommodating. You need to check everything that he does. There are moments that we need to rectify what he was doing. He also ask questions that we cannot understand, and he did not explain. He has this expression, Its okay. but we feel uncomfortable. We stayed for more than an hour. I think he needs more training. In addition, kindly give this branch some good ambiance like live plants and an air humidifier/purifier. I smelled some cigars in the middle of our stay.
