Self Storage Plus

We got stuck in the elevator for 20 mins as we was moving in. Once we broke the door ourselves to get out ( store clerk said theres nothing he can do he dont fix elevators) so our belongings was stuck on the elevator. we had to haul all the way to the back of the building to use the other elevator then walk back to the front of the building to unload into our unit. Walk back to the back of the building use the elevator then walk back to the front of the building to get more things off the Uhaul. It took us 4.5 hours to unload. Waste of time. Horrible experience.

This place have over 1000 mice that will destroy your property! Looks clean but its deceiving! Lost a lot of good things! The mice will eat & destroy your stuff with their dropping! They have 100s of black boxes to trap them but apparently they are not working!!!!

The unit itself is fine, but the cost of the unit has doubled in the short time weve been there. It is exorbitant compared to others in the area and customer service has been unresponsive after multiple attempts to contact. Additionally, a secure building is one of the reasons we went with this location and their gate has been broken and open for months. The fence was also compromised and hasnt been fixed. We wanted an opportunity to discuss with management but that hasnt happened so we will be looking elsewhere. If you are looking, avoid this facility.

Please do not get a unit here, they are infested with rodents you walk in the building it smells like rodents. I had rented this space for 2 months and I loss a lot of things due to the rodents. I spoke with the manger and all he did was ask If I had food in my unit and to file a claim. moving out I was scared to bring my things with me because of all the droppings I seen & the way they ate at my things. I had a bag of clothes they ate at the bag, something told me to check everything before taking it and I found a DEAD mouse in my things NASTY !! this place needs to be bombed I will never recommend anyone rent there. If you do rent there already please leave or you will have to buy a lot of new things. All the Traps they have are for show that place is a dump. I was scared to go into the unit without boots, gloves and protective wear that's SAD when I was paying a lot for the unit. OH and they had the nerve to try and charge me after I was already moved out of the unit. Please be aware of the photos!

BEWARE!!!!! Do not enroll in autopay!!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would, this place has over charged me and to date I have not received a refund. I have moved out of the unit and yet I am still being over charged.
