Incompetent to a thread. Once they lost my father's test vials after drawing bloodwork, after claiming he was not home at time of appointment. Another time they wouldn't come out despite repeated scheduling calls done by his primary and numerous phone calls from me.
As a patient with critical health needs you deserve better. Ask for another lab to do your testing.

Terrible lab test quality, just caused a whole Nursing Home to have false positive Covid PCR Results. I am not sure why a nursing home would use a 3rd rate lab instead of Labcorp or Quest, money I guess. But you buy Ford and Chevy, not Yugos. People's lives are at stake.
