        I use to work for Sharona. I quit with her only other sales rep. Sharonda is unprofessional. She doesn't call her customers back promptly. Customers often complain about not being able to reach anyone in her office. She's cheap, didn't pay me for the sales I generated. I wanted to support a black woman but she made it impossible to work with her. I ordinarily would not write a review but her dishonesty and the fact that one of her customers called me TODAY almost two months after I quit, complaining that they are unable to reach anyone in her office prompted me to give people honest feedback. You have other options when it comes to Allstate and you have other options when it comes to insurance. Don't settle for poor customer service, high turn overs and lack of accountability.
