They lied to me about my policy, one of their agent, quoted me $151 per month, and stated they will honor this policy for more than 12 months. Today I got a letter in the mail that my policy is $197. I called this person named Franklyn E Houser. He was so impolite and said he quoted me with a device to track my driving which I didn't want in the first place, He then says sir it was mentioned in the quote originally. Long story short. they made me cancel my policy with my prior insurance provider and they now bumped my price on the very next day........ Just stay out of scammers and people who wastes your time.

I own Sunrise Auto Services, we got a quote from Franklyn E Houser and He totally lied about it from start to end, We got the policy from state farm, canceled our policy with Nationwide and what they quoted us is not case, it is more than what they quoted. when we called, he was so unprofessionally talking and wasn't even sorry for what he did.... I had to put this review for Mr. Frankyyy.... He and his other team members should stop wasting people time and should not scam people by giving them false price. Also to Mr. Randy.. Looking at your replies to previous comments seems Randy and Franklyn are the same person, instead of you calling them and asking them their experience, you just say sorry for your experience and call us back... do you think anyone with 1 start review will call you back... NO WAY... it is you who should call back and ask them what happened.... I have 6 or 7 emails regarding this policy with Franklyn and I will Definity post it on my social media on how unprofessional your staff is...

I called in requesting to speak with Frank who was familiar with homeowner policy. Joshua informed me that he had logged out for the day this was Friday around 12noon. Joshua asked if he could assist me, but after expressing my concerns I was told I was being transferred to Frank who magically became available to assist me. Upon questioning my homeowners coverage Frank tone instantly became noticeably annoyed. As a professor, I personally know, that no question is a dumb question when attempting to gain clarity. I repeatedly asked Frank if I could receive a copy of my declaration page so that I could gain clarity on the coverage myself, he sarcastically made mention 3x all 34 pages. He then shouted at me Ms. Arrington I am trying to help you I immediately expressed to him that shouting was not necessary and Id just like to receive the requested information. I never questioned nor did I care about the amount of pages that was being sent via email. I simply requested my dec page and what were some examples of coverage. Turn around and received a 12 page (not 34 pages) declaration via email from Joshua. As a paying member, I should not have been yelled at nor should an agent lack basic professionalism. Lastly, pls update your business hours online as no one answers the phone on Fridays after 4pm
