I have used many garage door repair companies but without doubt Infinity is the best! I needed help changing my code and Ben stayed with me on the phone until we got it right! They go the extra mile and are the best!

Guy showed up one and a half hours late. Had to call to see if he was still coming. Understand every job is unique but when they charge a service fee should follow up with a late call. Tech surveyed door and said it was the spring. Told me it would cost $940 then $900 then last price $850. Could not give me breakdown. Seemed like a back and forth name your price. Not professional and seemed like some kind of hussle. Would not recommend. 1/14/24. I do appreciate that they did come out on a Sunday. I'm sure the workmanship was fine but price was high. When i denied the service due to cost, price dropped 3 times??? Felt like a Facebook marketplace transaction in person. Manager did text me back and noted price drop was due to 8% coupon. Should have just provided that cost first. I appreciate him trying to make the price right but just recieved a quote for $550 from another company. At the end of the day we all work hard so shop around.

Very quick response time and excellent service. Ben came out the next day, quickly diagnosed the issue and had the garage door fixed the day after that. Competitive pricing. I highly recommend using them if you need a garage door reparied!
