        When I first started coming here I was impressed with the cleanliness of the office and Gina does an awesome job with teeth cleaning etc. But my experience with the office in recent months has been disappointing. My last scheduled appointment was canceled without confirming with me first if I still wanted the service, which I did. Gears really grinded today because I received a text from the office yesterday confirming my appt for today. Then just got a call from Heather at the office saying the Dr. Doesnt feel well and is leaving early. I asked is there no one else there that can do fillings? Apparently not. No backups if one goes down for the count Then Heather said she can ask the Dr to stay late if I dont mind the Dr. Working on me while she sick with a sore throat. I took off work to make this appointment. No offer to reschedule either. From the confirmation text yesterday to turn around and cancel on same day is weird and I dont believe in coincidence. The fact that there is no back up Dr. is also crazy to me. Fooled me once with the first cancellation. Fooled me twice with this same day cancellation. Wont happen again.
