If I could give zero stars I would. I never actually had an appointment because it was canceled both times. The first time I made an appointment, I showed up and the system was down, so they said they couldn't take any new patients and that someone would call me when the system was back up. No one did and I called for a few days with no response. Finally, I was able to schedule another appointment through the online portal. I called yesterday to confirm my appointment and it was confirmed. Today, I get a call at 9:25am saying that my appointment is canceled because tbey can't see any new patients today. Mind you, I took off work and used my leave for this. They are unorganized and unreliable. Don't waste your time.

This is the worst dental office you could possibly go to, Its been almost year that Ive been trying to schedule a follow up appt but they never respond or do what they say they will. Ive called several times but always end up been told that theyll call back and never do. Ive gone in 4 times to schedule only to be met with indifference or a story about systems being down. Not once have they ever even followed up on what should be routine for any professionally managed medical office. Very disappointing experience with Aspen dental. Gave them 1 star because the dentist that treated me on my only visit was quite nice, even with that 1 star is still generous. He needs to go elsewhere.

Nice friendly service referred by other people that had a good experience and got good work done but after my initial x-rays, they originally said my Florence company doesnt cover my work that need to be done contacts insurance company they said aspen is in my networks and the work that I need done is covered under my insurance but for some reason aspen scent is not and he had to resubmit the ticket. I been calling for the last two weeks to find out about the resubmitted ticket three weeks ago and cant seem to get in touch with no one at all Mary disconnects and when it do you connect, your phone goes calls or I keep getting a line is too busy at the moment I go up there. They tell me they will resubmit the ticket and call me when you hear something back but never calls its been months now since my initial appointment and I have yet to even get an appointment to start my work or hear anything about starting my work for the coverage from my insurance and to add after posting this, I was called and made a appointment to start the work I need just to get there and they say I dont have a appointment and they still running my insurance for the last 3 months personally I strongly anyone from going to aspen dental

Another update. I called corp again and they were able to make an appt. BUT not with the owners like i was told. I also over heard them say he doesn't practice....the hold message says all locations are owned by a licensed dentist...I'll investigate thus furthur and update. Update...no one has called to help me. I called corp and they said to schedule with he owner of the franchise. I tried and they wouldn't do it EVEN though the corp office said they would. Now on call with corp to let them know whats going on. Beware!!!! Let me start by saying that Aspen dental has over $10,000 of my money and none of the work in my mouth is finished. I've spoken to the corporate customer service who assured me that I would get a call and this would be taken care of. I have yet to get a call. I also see that they have a class action lawsuit which doesn't surprise me. When I 1st went to the Aspen dental in Owens Mills I met with a Mr. Williams doctor. My 1st impression of him was less than positive, but I figured he was a professional and could do the work he said he could do. No he could not. In fact Mr. Williams was removed from the Owimgs Mills office and sent to York Pennsylvania. Why? What did he do so wrong at Owings Mills that I guess is ok for him to do in York?? You've been warned if you go in and have issues it's your own fault!
