Aspen Dental - Owings Mills, MD

Not the best visit. I came here in 7/21 for two permanent crown on my two front teeth . A little over a year later I bite into a piece of chicken and my crown comes completely off. I went in today for an appointment concerning the crown and was not a welcoming environment. The New doctor there was rude and distasteful. I would have love to get my work done there but unfortunately will not be going until I speak with a supervisor that will ensure me that , the new dentist who disrespected me will not be performing the work I need. Other than that. I would advise a different location . Shouldnt have to pay your money and get treated like an imbecile

I have come back to revise my review. Thank you to my fabulous hygienist, Shante, the wonderful assistant, Tiffany, Pooja, the lab technician, and Savannah who took my scan. I am very satisfied with my new smile and the staff at Owings Mills!

This place is a total get over. One of the worst decisions in my life going to Aspen Dental. They took all my teeth out my mouth using no anesthesia. It was the worst pain I ever had. Then they tricked me into some type of financial aid to get dentures. And the top dentures are very uncomfortable and the bottom ones don't fit anymore.. I have to literally force it down on my gums just to be in pain for 15 minutes and not only that. The head doctor cut the roof out of the top denture and now it won't stay set in my mouth no matter how much Poligrip I use. I kept trying to get them to fix them right for me but all they did was ask for money .. ill make a very long story short .....my dentures are very very uncomfortable and all the staff and the doctor seem to not care at all. I got sent to collections for this place because I refused to pay for some dentures that gives me so much pain and don't fit comfortably in my mouth.... Aspen Dental I would never ever recommend anyone to this place Not even a dog. All I'm saying is that Aspen Dental is TRASH. stay away from this place. THE WORST DECISION I EVER MADE IN MY LIFE GOING TO ASPEN DENTAL... I had to go to therapy after this place because the fact that I wanted some nice fitting dentures in my mouth and was very disappointed in the job this place did..... Pass on this place or you will be unsatisfied forever. The Owings Mill location. If you see it. Keep driving. Very unhappy unsatisfied customer. Ruined my mouth. And to the person that responds to the reviews and say that you are sorry for my and other people experience there is crap. . I can tell that your response is not sincere or genuine... You really don't mean it and I know that you are responding just to make it seem like you all care. Your response is basically the same with all the negative reviews here.
