I recently purchased a Chevy Blazer! The salesmen worked really hard to find exactly what I wanted. They were genuinely interested in finding out what I liked from the exterior to the interior. Trumane showed me every feature and compared the LT and the Premier Blazers for me. He also went with me for a test drive and pointed out new features I had never used before to orient me to the vehicle. After understanding the colors I liked, Jerome pointed out the red RS in the showroom and helped me understand the difference between the other 2 compared to the RS. I was confident that the RS was out of my price range but Calvin helped package a deal that allowed me to drive away in a new Blazer that night. He was so patient and explained all of my options to help keep me safe and prepared should anything happen. Everyone from the managers to the salesmen were so helpful and nice. I always purchase my cars from this dealership and they never disappoint. Definitely five stars all around! Thank you Calvin, Trumane and Jerome! Ill see you next time! :-)
Update April 2024: I bossed up and got the Blazer EV! The salesman Jerome went above and beyond to make sure that I had a chance to view and test drive the car in between my busy schedule. I always walk away from Heritage Chevrolet feeling like I was taken care of. Thank you to the General Sales Manager, Calvin for everything!
