Wow, Talk about a shocking experience. Was very excited to use this firm for my business. I didnt know my appointment was still scheduled because I was waiting for a confirmation via email and I had no idea it would not be sent since I know I had to pay for the consultation. I was only just expecting an invoice for that. The office manager that answered the phone was very rude to me when I simply told her I was calling to follow up since Antawan said she would give me a call back to discuss another day another time. She told me They will not take me on as a client she then told me I cant tell them how to run a business and its my responsibility to remember that I have an appointment. When all I said it was a miscommunication and I was not even upset. terrible! So I deserved to be treated that way and be hung up on twice with her saying Have a good day and she hangs up. I would not recommend this firm if this is how they treat their clients or even prospective clients.
