This is not a real bank, it's a kiosk inside a grocery store. Which was closed, even though their hours clearly said they would be open.

When the lady asked me what she could help me with I told her I needed my card printed. When I waited 15 minutes she finally came back. I asked if I needed to go to a different location and she responded with sass, yes; because it's appointment only. When she asked who told me to come to this location I said corporate. Her misdemeanor changed completely. Then I told her she wasted 15 minutes of my time when in the beginning said she was going to help me. She was completely speechless and had nothing to back her up, thinking I didn't know what I was talking about. Don't come to this location, go to a REAL pnc.

I had a cashier's check printed here. First the bank worker printed the name incorrectly on the check but wouldn't reprint it. I decided because it was a small typo it probably wouldn't matter.
Later I came to return that check as it was no longer needed for it's original purpose. The bank worker told me the correct way to return it was to deposit it at the ATM. I deposit it this way. The next day the check appeared on my account as "unpresentable" with the balance going in and being removed immediately. I called PNC customer service and they told me the check would be mailed back to me taking 5-7 business days. They told me the correct way to deposit a check like this is to have the teller deposit the check. Which at this branch, they refused to do.
This bank caused $2500 to disappear into limbo for 5-7 business days all because the teller was too lazy to do her job.

This is the location located inside Giant Food, near Costco. I stopped in to simply have a form completed by the bank. I had numerous forms of identification. I knew my account number. The Federal form I asked the bank employee to complete was a simple and basic direct deposit form. The form requires that I have a bank employee enter the  routing number and sign to verify that the information in the "To Be Completed By Officer of Financial Institution" (the routing number and contact info is all that was needed). After about 10-15 minutes and a random phone call to someone somewhere, the employee advised that she was "not authorized to complete the form". I asked why and she told me again that she was not authorized. I explained that my request was never a problem before and asked what was the issues. I got the same answer. Confused and highly dismayed, I left the branch. Do yourself a favor and go to the full service branch on Painters Mill Road.PSI went to the Painters Mill Rd location completed the aforementioned mentioned form. I was in and out of the Painters Mill branch in under 5min.
