Groveton Green Apartments

DO NOT live here and definitely dont leave your car here even while visiting. The new leasing office staff have implemented some strict parking rule where the tow drivers are waiting around for anyone to park and not have a sticker. There are no signs saying this, nor is there visitor parking. I pulled into an unmarked parking spot in front of one building to drop off a disabled client, while walking the client to their front door inside, the tow truck was able to take my car. That quick! And apparently as Im looking for my car, I hear how all the residents have been complaining about this policy. One lady said a man delivering her groceries had his car towed recently. Its absurd and Im starting to believe that someone in the leasing office is benefiting off of the $280 per car. Im going to look into this.

Shannon in the office is the best! Anytime I ever have a issue she is polite and prompt. Very happy living here!

Hello, does this property have a playground for kids? Is it kid-friendly? I didn't see any photos of one.

I've enjoyed living here for 3 years until recently when my packages have been stolen, trash has been left in the hallways, and wheels have been stolen of off cars with no response from Leasing about what's going on and how it can be prevented. I'd feel safer if I saw more steps to prevent these things.
