    What started off being a great experience, did not end in a positive one. I moved here two years ago, and It truly started off amazing. The staff was on top of everything, and they did everything well. I wish I could say It ended that way when I left; however, it did not. My car was stolen, and they did absolutely nothing to help! They called and said they would get back in contact with me and NEVER DID. The garage that the residents park in is open to the public, and literally anyone can just park there. My car was stolen right in front of the security office too, which means they were not paying attention. Instead of fixing the issue with parking, they write a small sign outside the garage and say they are not responsible for any damages that may occur for your car and to "park at your own risk." If we don't park there, where else will we park? All of the parking is open to just anybody. Their Reponses to stolen cars is "well they are stealing a lot of cars right now." Totally unprofessional!!!!!!!!! This property has become very unsafe. Teens walking around and causing chaos at all times of the night. I no longer felt safe in the community. It's like you have to look over your shoulder and pray no one comes and knocks you upside your head. One of the elevators is always broken. We pay too much money for stuff to consistently be broken. The gym was almost always amess. People would literally be hosting work out courses with CLIENTS at the COMMUNITY GYM! I have called several times about this. They would play loud music in the gym, as if this was their own personal gym. It sad that this complex has gone downhill so much, because it is in a nice area. Maintenace also came into my apartments one time and did not notify me, which is totally inappropriate and dangerous. They no longer fix problems like they used to and they do not get back to you in a reasonable time, you have to keep calling them to get answers. SMH!

    Im very pleased with the service Ive received so far, the ladies in the office is very pleasant and professional, and Zara the general manager is exceptionally knowledgeable and professional.

    The location of this place is amazing. However, management is horrible. The walls are thin. Ive complained about my neighbor numerous times. The second time, the representative at the leasing office Chante I believe her name was, told me they would tell the owner he had to remove his surround sound system (she stated that he admitted to having one) however, the fourth time I complained which was more recent, The community manager - Zara (I believe thats her name) response to me was that no one complained about him before and that sound bars are allowed and she has one herself. This could be true, however - if an allowed sound system is turned too loud then its just plain too loud. Same as anything else. I am writing this review at 2 am because i was awaken yet again by my neighbors sound system. Ive only live here two months and cannot enjoy my space. There no reason I should constantly hear base or have to leave my living room when my neighbor is in his, because his tv and base is SO loud. Even in my bed room right now, I have to turn my tv to 100 in volume just to slightly tune his out. Its RIDICULOUS!!!! I dont even sleep with a tv on but am FORCED to. I am trying to avoid confronting my neighbor myself because I know it wont go well and Id like to believe the managers are in place to enforce, however doesnt seem like they want to. My phone with Zara, she would not let me speak Ibhad to literally point out to her that she could not effectively hear and address my concerns if she was talking at the same time. I can not believe that David S Brown, a major developer has representation like this. I pay my rent just like everyone else. This is the same manager (Zara) where, when my car was stolen from the lot outside a month after I moved in and while waiting for the police and community security, Im clearly upset and emotional, her response after getting my vehicle information was at least you can get a new car, the one you had was pretty old. She does not possess the people skills to be a community manager nor problem solve. If you want a peaceful place to live and a supportive leasing office staff, this may not be the place for you.
