From the beginning, Tom was personable, kind, and responsive. He assessed the job thoroughly and provided a more than reasonable estimate and was available any time I needed to call with a question. They followed through on the work as scheduled and each member of the crew was very likable and responsive, as well as clearly knowledgeable and well experienced in their work. The boiler is working well. I have confidence that if any problems arise in the future, Tom will be responsive and resolve the issue. I will use River Breeze again.

After a. number of problems developed, the team from Riverbreeze came in to do a deep dive into the problem. They throughly invested the potential issues and came up with a solution to get us back on track with heat and air conditioning. There staff is knowledgeable and professional. It was a pleasure having them here. No complaints at all.

We had a tricky plumbing problem which Tom & Kevin's team at River Breeze diagnosed when others couldn't. They think problems through to an accurate diagnosis without jumping head first into unnecessary work. Their work is excellent & their cost is commensurate with that work and what's needed, no jumping into outlandish estimates, a fair price. We have waited a long time to find them, after jumping around from company to company, after super high estimates.

We love having such a high quality service provider as River Breeze. Our new HVAC system is not only more energy efficient but just knowing that with their scheduled maintenance services it will not only last a long time, but provide reliable comfort to our home. There is something to be said for a local company where you can still talk to the owner if you need to and get to know the team so you feel comfortable with them in your home. River Breeze always takes great care of us and puts the customer first. We highly recommend!
