My family and I met Jane through the purchase of our first home purchase in Olney/Brookeville. At the time, Jane was the agent for the seller of the home we purchased. We were so impressed with her, that after we closed, we pulled her aside and mentioned that we would love to work with her in the future. Our own agent at the time didn't hold a candle to the hard work Jane put in on the sale. Since then Jane is helped us and provided expertise as we searched for land to purchase to build a home. As we would be purchasing land, the commission to Jane would not be on par with a typical real estate purchase in the area, but this did not stop Jane from working exceptionally hard for us. If she didn't know the answer to a question, she found it immediately. Every step of the way, she went above and beyond! Rather than build, we found a home we fell in love with. The market was extremely aggressive and the home we fell in love with had 7 other offers within a few days. Despite this, with Jane's expertise, we landed the winning bid on the home. We are so happy with our new home, and recently closed on the sale of the first home Jane sold us. Real estate is weird. Jane's made us feel confident and comfortable throughout the process (several times). She's top notch! The best we have ever worked with!
