Chuck The Plumber

The owner Chuck had to come twice to our home to fix a bathroom leak. The first visit he assured me the leak was fixed but when we went to use the bathroom, water came pouring into our bottom floor- the leak wasnt fixed at all. Upon his return, a week later, he admitted that he didnt accurately check the overflow drain, which was the issue. During his first visit, he had also checked for leaks and issues in all bathrooms, so I mentioned to him that one of the bathroom sinks was still dripping and he should look at that again. He presented me with another huge bill. I wasnt expecting to be charged again since he came to repair his own sloppy work. I told him he wasnt transparent about the charge and felt that the amount was too much based on the circumstances. He was arrogant and abrasive, and asked me if I work for free. He then said that the sink leak I asked him about was a new issue since his last visit and the bill was for that repair, which took him less than 5min. He went on about how I will be calling him again because hes the cheapest guy in town- I couldnt believe what I was hearing. Chuck was unprofessional and unable to respectfully defend his pricing. His combative attitude made it impossible to have a professional conversation with him because he got defensive and was arrogant. I was honestly ok with paying a small charge, giving him the benefit of the doubt with the sink, but when I questioned the hundreds of dollars he billed me for, I knew that based on his over the top defensive response, the best thing to do was just pay him so he could leave my house immediately as he made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

David came that day and gave an estimate for the work to be done The next day David had all the parts and made all the needed repairs. He worked efficiently. The estimate was spot on. I will defiantly use Chuck the Plumber for all my plumbing needs.

Chuck's team saved my life! I accidentally put a screw through a water pipe. We live in a condo with a central shutoff for the hole building. In less than hour from our emergency call to Chuck's office the pipe was repaired. We are so grateful for their quick response and professionalism. Service: Plumbing leak repair
