        The manager was very nice, but the technician was horrible. I normally change my air filters myself. Their technician put it back with air flow oppositely that makes it blows all the dust on the filter into the car. Also, I have had this car for 5 years and none of the shops would scratch the rims when doing tire rotation. This technician did it on all my rims. I have been using this jiffy lube for few times with all my cars since they opened for business, but I dont think I would return for next time.
