Edible Arrangements

Exactly what I needed for a gift to a family member in MD. I was a bit nervous about the reviews but the fruit bouquet was fresh and well executed. The delivery service even included a photo.

This was my first time coming to the Edible Arrangements in Olney and had nothing but a great experience. The staff were very polite and helpful. I wanted to get something for my parents and they showed me the vast options they could make with fruits and chocolate. I was in and out in less then 10 minutes. Will definitely come back soon!

So disappointed!! I placed an order for (3) platters to give to a coworker on his last day and 2 of my childrens teachers and the store was out of large platters so they made the decision to send (4) small platters and grouped each of the same fruits on each platter! This order was for 3 different people so there was nothing I could do to make it salvageable! I called so disappointed and the manager just seemed annoyed and immediately sent his driver to pick it up. There was no apology, no reassurance of a refund, and absolutely NO offer to make it right. Now its too late in the day for me to recover from this and the people I want to show my appreciation to are left empty handed. I will never order from Edible Arrangements Olney, MD ever again! A simple phone call would have allowed me to explain that these platters were going to 3 different people and could have avoided this!!!

Don't order from here. They have terrible service and quality of fruits. They are frozen and defrosted for delivery. This bouquet was for Mother's day. I filed a complaint with corporate and they advised to call the store directly. The manager promised to call me back with updates, but never called me. I had to call them and come to find out, they are refusing to refund me because I never filed the complaint within 24hrs.

Third time this month that I tried to pick something up on my way home from work, they're always closed when I get here around 5:15PM. First time I thought it might have been a one time thing, second I gave the benefit of the doubt, but seems like their hours are wrong.
