Friendly, quality alterations, and never had any issues. They've been kindly upfront about items they couldn't guarantee would be cleaned well (e.g. embroidered placemats)

I brought in my very expensive duvet to get dry cleaned. When I picked it up and proceeded to put it back on my bed I noticed very quickly that the texture of the duvet was different than when I dropped it off. I called the dry cleaner to let them know that something was different about my item. When I brought back into the store I told them its a lot flatter than when I dropped it off and the material inside was now bunched up. The explained to me that they washed and dried it and I told them they were supposed to dry clean it not wash it regularly. They then got angry with me telling me that my duvet can only be washed and not dry cleaned and they have been in this service for many years. I pulled up the website to show them where I got my duvet and the care instructions and one of the women looked at the care label on the tag which said dry clean only. Once they realized they were wrong they then started telling me that my duvet came in this way and that they did not ruin it. I continued to tell them that they cared for my item wrong and now it is no longer the same. They refused to apologize, give me money back or acknowledge that they are in the wrong. I will never use this business again and now I have to buy another expensive duvet since they ruined the one that I had. Ive had this duvet dry cleaned at other locations with no problems. This cleaner does not read care instructions because they apparently know best since they have been in the business so long. Services: Comforter cleaning, Organic dry cleaning
