        I was happy that Germane replaced my malfunctioning refrigerator right away. However, I am disappointed and still waiting to hear from the management on how I can be compensated for all the food I had to throw away due to the broken refrigerator.

        Nice place to live and pet friendly. Can be a little noisy if live below someone. Front office staff are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance respond quickly and helpful.
