We loved our condo! Everything was absolutely amazing.....except DON'T mess with security. We parked our Expedition in the spot allowed with a tad over the line due to the SMALL parking spot. The spot next to us wasn't filled when we parked. Unfortunately a few hours after the tenants came and said they coundn't park due to us being over the line. They reported us to security and After a LOUD alarm in our room went off, can you say PTSD, while the kids were sleeping brought us to attention. I had a text from the owners, unfortunately I was on the beach and didn't get it right away. So they tagged our car and called a tow service. Put a large sticker on the window of our NEW car which we still can't get off. Honestly that was inappropriate. The owners were appalled with how this was managed. She called the management team and the HOA. But we never heard a peep from the HOA, Would have been nice to have someone get the sticker off the car. If we had not been in the condo our car would have been towed. The car had the appropriate car pass too. Anyway just be vigilant and make sure your big car doesn't go over the line. Or bring a Vega Also there were tons of open spots to accommodate the tenants till we could be contacted. No need to tow our car when we were staying there legally!!!!!! This is something that needs to be attended to. We love staying here but after this we were disappointed.
