Kim was an excellent extension of me and my husband looking for a home. She immediately knew what we would and wouldn't like within the first five minutes of talking to us. She really knows her stuff about Ocean Pines, and I couldn't have been happier about how responsive and attentive she was throughout the whole process. She was not pushy, and there was no pressure with her, she made sure we had all the time we needed to make the right decision ( even though she knew from the beginning which one we'd pick :D ) Thank you so much for everything Kim!

Kim is the best realtor in Maryland, HANDS DOWN! We had so much fun working with her and learned a lot in the process. She made it so easy and didn't make us feel rushed or stupid for not knowing a lot about real estate. We have refereed her to many of our first time home buying friends and they are very pleased as well. Shes more than a realtor, shes a friend who is looking out for your best interest, and it shows.
