Dave was a true professional with his approach to helping sell my townhouse in Ocean City, MD from start to finish. His market analysis was excellent which resulted in selling my property very quickly (I had a contract on the first day that the property went on the market) and settled with an excellent price which was very close to the asking price. He was honest, reliable, available, understanding, and very helpful throughout the entire selling process. Communicating with him was extremely easy and always productive.
