Had my brother wait there all day for tire work, then tried to overcharge him. Never go to this station for honest repairs.

Very poor customer service. I live in Pennsylvania and all the shell gas stations have bathrooms for the public and customer service is great. Will not ever return to this location.

This place is a joke the older man was rude and had an Attitude I called to see if they had my tire I read the number to him several times he tells me he has it in his hand. I drive down there drop the tire off 3 hours later no phone call from him I call him back I said is my tire ready he says oh I don't have your size tire I'm like you're kidding me right .I said to him it took you 3 hours to realize you didn't have my tire and you never called me.. Do Not recommend them
