The service after the sale was lacking. Had to have worker come back out several times. I ended up having to chalk a separation in seam at bottom of backsplash. Not much of a discount for military retiree; pretty pricey. And Stacey (sales) would only acknowledge my wife; wouldnt even look at me (the breadwinner)!

Absolutely the worst customer service. We drove 3 hours in and now 3 hours home, just for an estimate and they patronized my wife and I with "I suppose your just too busy to reschedule". 6 hours and that's your reply?? Happy to give my business to someone else. Don't waste your time.

Estimates were timely, accurate, and fair, and the high quality work was completed with minimum disruption to our work space. Our home was completed in a timely fashion, organized and on budget. He was easy to work with, honest, dependable and creative in making our dream home into a reality.
