I was deeply disappointed when we walked in the condo.To start, the lock to the front door did not work. It had to be replaced the day after checking in after I insisted on our family's safety. I was upset to hear the nonchalant comment implying if bad people wanted to break in they could break a working lock!!Also, I received in writing that "basic necessities" would be on hand and that was not the case. There was NO toilet paper in any of the 2 bathrooms, no paper towels, no laundry detergent, no dish soap. The sofa bed listed as an additional bed, the mattress was as thin as a blanket and we could not use it as a spare bed. Again, truly dissatisfied. Both toilets were wobbly and felt as they were going to get detached from the wall!The cherry on top...the main bathroom was covered in mold in every corner. It was unhealthy and very disgusting. I saved photos in case you doubt my statement. My family, kids, & grandkids were looking forward to a great time except it turned out to be a disappointment. I hope you do better for the next renter! Never again for me.Managed by Long & Foster too!!! Hmm
