Wight Bay Condominium

Rental at 395S was a great location. The condo was good, the beds slept well. The condo can be updated some with fresh paint and the couches will need replacing soon. The maintenance was poor, when we walked in there was not a fresh smell more of a musty smell, the coffee filter was still in the coffee maker, light bulb in the first bathroom not replaced had to call, shower liners need replacing. I enjoyed my stay here but cleanliness is very important.

Staying here for the week. The pool is disgusting. Full of sand and bugs. Hasnt been cleaned the entire time we have been here. No detergent or dryer sheets in laundry room vending machine. Unit we are renting is dirty and outdated. Will never rent here again. Come to OCMD every year. This place not worth it.

Fabulous bayfront unit. Beautiful sunsets right from the balcony. Pool nice and clean. Close to Seacrets, shopping, and food. Will book here again for sure.

Stayed for almost 3 months. Visiting while relocating my family. The people that own condos and maintenance are rude to the renters and was even told they do what they want even try to make you uncomfortable and get you out. Dog jumping at my children but we couldn't say anything about it because daddy owns a condo. Rude people and if you don't stay in your condo when your renting the people that live there talk about renters and make you feel uncomfortable. I spent a lot of money. Terrible experience. You choose to live in a vacation area expect all walks of life. Don't waist your money in a long-term rental there. You will be harrased with tow stickers and complaints by even though your car has a pass. The rules should abidefor everyone and it's not okever to put anyone in categories you know nothing about. My dog isn't jumping at you and I'm not hanging out in the walkway waiting for you to do something so I can complain! . Pretty views but bshit you don't need ! It's a party atmosphere be respectful to the ones that just want leave and if you can't live around all walks of life like I said don't buy a condo in the middle of OC.
