Terrible place if you rented this unit get back your money,broken beds,dishwasher broke,screens ripped,beds are like box springs,couches are all broke,a tv the size of a postage stamp,no wifi,tolet needed to be plunged after each use, the neighbors on each side of this unit so we are told use this for bachelor pads,SHAME ON THE OWNERS,People work hard for a week vacation,and this is unexceptable, THE OWNERS NEED KARMA,,

We love this place! These are all individually-owned townhouses. The reviewer Greg Bottomly is correct about the particular unit he stayed in. But the others are all beautiful! I've spoken to guests of that one I'm sure he stayed in and felt awful for them when we were having a great experience (if you've stayed in any, you know which one he is talking about). The others are beautifully maintained and professionally managed. There is one that is a "party house" (that's the one Greg was in I'm certain) but they do stay quiet during quiet hours. All the others are great. Here are the ones I can tell you first-hand that I know are great: units 15, 16, 18 and 34. This place has a private community pool, a private beach and each unit has its own garage attached. It is located in prime mid-town and is a very upscale area for OC. It's also just steps from the beach and the townhouses are huge (4 stories). Most have 4 decks.
