If I could leave no stars I would. I came in here for an upgrade on my vacation and waited for an hour before being helped and was totally ignored when I walked in. It took me another 3 hours to purchase a phone and almost was charged more than I owed. After leaving the store I realized my new phone wasn't even activated right and had to spend another hour at another store to get my phone situated. Great way to spend a vacation! Worst experience ever.

Dont go there they are scammers Specially the guy with long hair he gave iPhone and Apple Watch for price and then my bill came totally different and I came back he said he didnt sell with that price Please dont go there they scam people And there customer service is terrible

I came in with my family a couple weeks ago and forgot to leave a review at the time. Bryan mills went above and beyond to help me. I took up hours of his time and he even stayed past close to make sure all of my information transferred to my new phone. I have been with Verizon for years and this is the first time I've had great customer service. His coworker was also very helpful I believe his name was Colin? Overall a great experience

Went here to get a brand new account, new phone, and accessories. Upon entering the store the associates looked at us, and then promptly ignored us for at least 10 minutes. No hello, well be with you soon, nothing. Ignored us completely. Worst customer service Ive experienced in a Verizon ever.
