I cant really give much praise here as they just really seem like they dont care all too much. We live in OCMD part of the year and Ive been in this branch several times. They are always empty yet always require an appointment.
Recently I called to setup a business bank account and per usual was told I needed an appointment and someone would call me back. Two days later, no call back and a huge miss on their end as this would be a very large account Id be setting up. This miss on their end is also making me consider other options.
On another occasion I was told I needed an appointment to do a bank wire yet mind you there was not another soul inside besides myself and the employees.

I wouldnt bank anywhere else. Extremely friendly staff!!!
