        Mr. Healy was very nice and he shopped around trying to get the best rate. The agency was responsive to my needs. There were no issues with phone calls or meetings. They were always there to help.

        They caused my bank account to go 120 dollars in the hole for taking out to many payments. They will not fix. I am now responsible for replacing the 120 They caused to be taking out of my bank account. This is ridiculous.

      Amber, sorry to hear about any confusion on your billing. While we as the agent don't take money from your account, the insurance companies received those payments, we are happy to relook at everything with you and call the company to see what, if anything can be resolved.
